How to create an Agency in ACFR Statement Builder



Description of Issue

User is looking to set up a new Agency and its associated entities in ACFR



Context
  • ACFR Statement Builder



Cause

Site is looking to create an Agency to start using the ACFR Statement Builder for their financial reports.



Resolution

An agency can be created from the Agencies and Entities module of the Statement Builder.

  1. Click the Menu icon (stacked horizontal three-line icon in the top left-hand side)

  2. Select Agencies & Entities

  3. Click the + icon above the list of existing agencies.

  4. In the Details tab, fill in the details and information for your agency

    1. The Agency Name defined here is what will appear on the statements

  5. In the Entities tab, create the entities that the Agency will be reporting for

    1. More than one entity may be added by clicking + icon above the list of existing entities

  6. In the Preferences tab, select the preferences to determine how reporting is handled.

  7. Click Save



Additional Information

An Agency is required to have at least one Entity that it is reporting for.
