Cause

Unsure where to build document description needed to populate in Employee Tasks. 



Resolution
  1. Navigate to ESS - Home.

  2. Select Employee Administration.

  3. Click Documents.

  4. Click the Pen Symbol beside the document that needs a description.

  5. Enter Description.

  6. Click Update to save changes.
