User is requesting QR code to scan for their Munis Mobile Apps

Cause

User is entering service URL for a Munis Mobile app and would like to scan the QR code



Resolution

  1. Login to Tyler Hub

  2. On the left hand side click the Cog Wheel icon

  3. Click User Settings

  4. Scroll down to view and scan QR Code



Additional Information

The QR code should work for any mobile app, but the code must be scanned from within the application itself. It provides the base URL, and the app should append it with the rest.
