Employee unable to acknowledge evaluation in ESS



Description of Issue

Employee has evaluation that is ready to be acknowledged in ESS.

The link to acknowledge is not available.



Context
  • ESS

  • Employee Evaluations



Cause
  • The Employee Receipt check box being unchecked allows for the acknowledgement to be triggered in ESS

  • The Employee Receipt check box was checked when the evaluation was added in Munis



Resolution

To use the acknowledgement feature in Employee Evaluations the Employee Receipt checkbox should not be flagged when adding evaluations.
