Cause
The WA Industrial Insurance Report program is obsolete and has been removed from the Munis menu in Munis Versions 2020.3 & Higher to avoid inaccurate reporting.
Resolution
Use the Workers Compensation Report option in the Risk Code Reporting program to get the L&I Quarterly Report.
