Using Global Project Update in Employee Job Salary

I need to update Project accounts from the old 22 fiscal year to the new 23 fiscal year. I am using the Global Project Update in Employee Job/Salary in a projection but nothing updated. 

• Payroll

• Employee Job/Salary

• Global Project Update

• Projection Start and Status

• Projection Employee Job/Salary

Yes was not selected to the Proceed with Updates? prompt. 

1. Go to Employee Job/Salary (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Job/Salary)

   1. The same process can occur in Projection Employee Job/Salary (Payroll>Salary and Benefit Projections>Projection Start and Status) 

   2. Search for the Projection Run number. Click Accept. Click Change. Click Employee Job/Salary.

2. Click Project Update in the toolbar. 

3. Click Define. 

4. Choose a Page break on New Project and Effective Date. 

5. In the Old Project Code column click the drop down and select the old Project Code. 

6. In the New Project Code column click the drop down and select the new Project Code. 

   1. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each Project. 

7. Click Accept. 

8. Click Output-Post. 

9. Review the Proof report for accuracy. 

10. Go back into the Global Project Update screen and a Proceed with Updates? prompt should display asking, Do you wish to apply these project updates? Click Yes. 

11. Return back to Employee Job/Salary and search for a few example employees to verify the update was successful and updated the Projects.
