Error when adding pay not attached in Job Salary in Time Entry - Location restrictions prevent you from adding or updating this employee Job Pos Pay

After upgrading to 2021.3 users are not receiving errors when trying to add a pay code into Time Entry. It appears to be employees with pays that are not attached in Employee Job/Salary.

System Defect

Install applicable work ticket when available.

Workaround would be to instead enter the pays directly into Earnings and Deductions in the payroll.
