Multiple issues with DataSync export logs
Description of Issue
Multiple issues with DataSync export logs:
Update Successful message displays even when no changes were made to an asset in between syncs
Didn’t Get Updated message appears to be indicating that an error prevented the asset from syncing instead of there not being any changes to sync for the asset. How do we find out what needs to be fixed on these assets?
Many columns on the export are blank when they should be populated - only the GIS Link and Message columns are populating with any info

Install MUN-442507 once it's been released
