Description of Issue

I need to access the Cloud Admin Site for AWS Hosted clients.



Context

  • Munis Cloud Administrator

  • AWS Hosting



Cause

Need to manage user accounts, refresh environments, and create SQL accounts for Cashiering or Reporting access.



Resolution

  1. Go to https://muniscloud.tylerhost.net/ to access the Cloud Administrator portal for AWS hosted clients.

  2. Log in with your Munis account.

  3. If you have Administrative access, there is 2Factor Authentication required.
