Aging Report output does not list define screen ranges in header

The report output from the Aging Report doesn't include the Customer range, AR Code range, and AR Fund range from the program's define screen. In prior versions, the printed report showed these ranges.

Development is currently researching the issue. The range entered on the define screen still applies to the resulting report, it just doesn't show the define screen ranges any longer. A screenshot of the define screen could be substituted as a workaround.
