Program does not launch when selecting menu options in navigation card in Hub

Description of Issue

Click menu option and filter applied message shows but program never opens.

Program will only open from navigation card using right-click and Run this Link.

Program opens fine from Tyler Menu option in Hub.

Cause

The program opens off screen due to another card extending into the space where the content viewer card previously opened.

Resolution

Scroll down to see the content viewer card with the program launched.

To prevent scrolling, use Edit Content to update the size of the content viewer card or the card(s) extending into the space for the content viewer card with the program selected:

  1. Launch Hub as administrator.

  2. On the left navigation pane choose Edit Content then click Page Layout.

  3. Resize cards as needed.

  4. Click Save.
