Description of Issue

Launching Tyler Cashiering environment immediately populates white screen with error message:

ERROR

Sorry, there was an error : unauthorized_client
Invalid redirect_uri
Request Id: 80001eb5-0005-c700-b63f-84710c7967bb (random string)



Context

  • Tyler Cashiering (2019 and below)



Cause

Incorrect Tyler Cashiering client version.



Resolution

  1. Uninstall incorrect Tyler Cashiering client version

  2. Reboot

  3. Install correct Tyler Cashiering client version

  4. Reboot
