FL Unemployment upload error - Server Error in '/'Application

Description of Issue
Uploading FL Unemployment report to reporting agency and getting the following error:  Server Error in '/'Application

Cause

Munis creates an XML file for upload, whereas the client is used to uploading a text file.  The reporting agency instructions are different for XML. 

Resolution

Reference the reporting agency's SecureNet Instructions for Submitting Reemployment Tax Guide available from their website here: https://secure.bswa.net/RT_SecureNet_Guide.pdf. This guide will step you through the upload process for an XML file.
