Cause

Incorrect schedule was assigned to the employee.

Resolution

To remove a schedule from an employee's profile:

Select System Admin
Select Master File Management
Select the Pencil next to the employee's name
Select the Pay Properties
Use the Schedule Set drop down menu to select <NONE>
Select Save for Current Pay Period
