Clear Flash and Ram on Genus II

How can a flash/ram be cleared on a Genus II clock?

Clocks will no longer be used and client wanted to ensure they were wiped prior to being discontinued.

To clear flash/ram on a Genus II:

1. On the back of the clock, flip the switch to the right to enter offline mode
2. Press the left/right arrow key to advance to and highlight Maint at the bottom of the screen.
3. Clear Flash Clear Flash will clear the ‘\flashdisk’ on the terminal erasing everything except Classes.jar, App.jar, and Genus App. 
4. Press TAB to highlight Clear Flash. 
5. To clear Flash press SEL (Note: A WARNING screen will show confirming that all data will be lost.)
6. Press Enter to continue
7. Select TAB to return to Main Menu at the bottom of the screen.
8. Clear RAM will clear the ‘\ramdisk’ current transaction files residing in the terminal. 
9. Press TAB to highlight Clear RAM.   
10. To clear RAM press SEL (Note: A WARNING screen will show confirming that all data will be lost.) 
11. Press Enter to continue
