How to use the Recruiting Setting option Default Attachments

Description of Issue

We recently upgraded from 11.3 to 2019.1, what are the impacts of using the Default Attachments option in Recruiting Settings?

Cause

Resolution

The Default Attachments controls where the attachments (summary, full) will store in Munis
This setting will create two instance of each attachment, one for each program, Applicant Master and Pending Applicants
This does not work retroactively
There is no process in Munis to migrate documents from one or the other document mapping, apart from manually downloading/re-uploading
Clients who upgrade from 11.3 to 2019.1 will have all prior attachments automatically stored under Applicant Master
