CA DE9C - Subquery returned more than 1 value error

Running CA DE9C Report and getting errors, ‘Subquery returned more than 1 value’ and ‘Error obtaining employer data from temp table’.

Generate of records for report has failed.  Please contact support -6372 [ISAM -512]
Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is an expression.

Error obtaining employer data from temp table. -400 [ISAM -1]

Fetch attempted on unopened cursor.

Two Shared Report Definitions existed with the same name: DE9c and DE9C.  The names need to be unique.

Delete your Shared Report Definition and recreate with a unique name.
