Description of Issue

FRS is missing data that is critical to year to date Eligibility

Cause

415 Eligible and 457 Plan deductions not defined

Resolution

Define the deduction types. 

  1. From the FL Retirement Report screen, select Generate to open Generate screen.
  2. Select Define
  3. On the Deduction/Contribution Ranges tab, select Deduction Type and choose either 415 Eligible or 457 Plan from the drop down list
  4. Define the Munis deduction code(s) that correlate to Deduction Type selected
  5. Select Accept
