YTD Budget Report Options will not save or hang - New report option Truncate Full Description defaults to NULL when Account description is SHORT

• Saving report options by clicking Accept will display an infinite loading animation in upper right corner
• Navigating to the Additional Options tab will prevent user from going back to Print Options and/or saving report options
• Truncate full description cannot be checked or unchecked and displays with a square instead of an empty check box or with checkmark

• Reported following the installation of 11.3.25, 2019.1.22 
  • Master work ticket MUN-379682 to add report option Truncate full description. 
• If users Account Description defined as SHORT it defaulted new value as NULL stopping ability to save options.

MUN-411944 has been opened with Development to address the issue, New report option Truncate Full Description defaults to NULL when Account description is SHORT.

The current work around is:

1. Browse Munis > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Inquiry & Reports >  YTD Budget Report.
2. Define record selection
3. Accept
4. Report Options
5. Update Account Description from Short to Full
   • This will enable the new field to be accessible.
6. Define Truncate Full Description field as needed
7. Accept
8. Return
9. Choose output option (display, PDF, excel, save to spool file in saved reports)
10. Any issues remaining contact Munis Financial General Ledger Support or log an Online Support Client Portal case categorized as General Ledger

If YTD Budget Report Account Description was previously defined as FULL the Truncate Full Description field would default as selected
