Description of Issue

ReadyForms templates are not appearing after a Munis refresh was completed.  Do ReadyForms templates get refreshed as part of a Munis refresh?

Cause

ReadyForms templates are not part of Munis refresh processing.

Resolution

Refreshing Munis does not bring in ReadyForms Templates from Production.  You should Export ReadyForms templates from one environment to another in order to view and use the desired templates.
