How to access the electronic file for submission of the ME ICESA Report

Cause


Resolution

Electronic File Path will populate when generate is complete.  The file is created in the Munis Spool directory. 

To retrieve the report using File Transfer program:

  1. Select System Administration
  2. Select Miscellaneous Administration
  3. Select File Transfer
  4. Select Download from spool directory
  5. Sort by Date to easily locate the file just created
  6. Double click the file name to download
