How to Refresh Time and Attendance Prod to Non-Prod

Description of Issue

I would like a non-production Time and Attedance database refreshed with data from ExecuTime Production environment.

Context

  • ExecuTime

  • Time and Attendance

  • Refresh

  • Database 

  • Restore

  • SQL

  • TWF

  • DB

Cause

Need up to date data in a non-production Time and Attendance environment 

Resolution

To have a non-production Time and Attendance environment refreshed, please contact TSM Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal. 

Additional Information

  • Time and Attendance and TWF versions either need to match exactly between the source and destination environments, or the destination environment must be on a higher version than the source environment. You cannot refresh from a higher version to a lower version without upgrading.
