How to Refresh Time and Attendance Prod to Non-Prod

Description of Issue

I would like a non-production Time and Attedance database refreshed with data from ExecuTime Production environment.

Context

Cause

Need up to date data in a non-production Time and Attendance environment

Resolution

To have a non-production Time and Attendance environment refreshed, please contact TSM Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal.

Additional Information

Time and Attendance and TWF versions either need to match exactly between the source and destination environments, or the destination environment must be on a higher version than the source environment. You cannot refresh from a higher version to a lower version without upgrading.
