Description of Issue

Overtime is splitting from an employee's Holiday pay when it should not be, how can this be corrected?



Context

  • ExecuTime

  • Time & Attendance

  • Overtime

  • Pay Code Settings



Cause

The Holiday pay code was configured to Allow Overtime to be split from this pay code.



Resolution

To correct this:

  1. Select System Admin

  2. Select Master File Management

  3. Select Pay Codes

  4. Select the pencil for the pay code in question

  5. Uncheck the box for Allow Overtime to be split from this pay code

  6. Select Save
