Cause




Resolution

The Add option in Recurring Journal Entry/Generate can be used to enter a recurring journal.

General Ledger Menu> Journal Entry/History> Recurring Journal Entry/Generate

1. Click Add
2. Complete required fields.   
3. Accept.  If debits and credits don't match for each fund, the program shows a continuation message.
4. Click Yes to correct or No to exit and save the journal with unbalanced funds.
5. If funds are out of balance, click Due To/From on the main screen to automatically balance the entries.  
6.  To process, click Output.
7.  Exit Recurring Journal Entry and go to General Journal Entry to post the GCR journal.
