Report Server URL Shows Not Secure

We are able to launch the reports URL, but the site shows Not Secure. We have bound the certificate with Reporting Services Configuration Manager, but the issue remains. Example of the URL in question: https://tylertown.org/reportserver

• Canned reports
• Cashiering reports
• Enterprise ERP reporting
• Internet Information Service (IIS)
• Database server
• SSL certificate

Some configurations on the server are not present.
