Description of Issue

Can Sublocation settings be changed from do not use to allow full use?

Resolution

  1. All pick tickets, requisitions, and purchase orders would need to be issued, posted, and received.

  2. All inventory items would need to have an adjustment transaction entered through the Inventory Transactions program to bring the QOH to zero. 

  3. Update the Sublocation method in Inventory Settings.  All users would need to be off the system when this is done.

  4. All inventory items would need to have receipt transactions entered to bring the QOH back up.

Additional Information

Switching to using sublocations once you're already live on inventory is an involved process. Please contact the Assets & Civic Support Team before updating this setting.
