The Hours Worked on the RS2402 are calculated based on the Compute Work Hours from Hourly Rate option on the Generate screen from the NY Employee Retirement Maintenance program.
If checked, hours are computed by dividing Salary Earned by the hourly rate on the primary base pay record in Employee Job/Salary.
If unchecked, hours are a sum of Hours in Accumulators for the defined Month/Year, for all pays not defined on the Generate as Pay Types to Exclude from Hours.
