Resolution

Calendar Year Earnings is a sum of hours in Payolls with a Check Date within the Generate Date Range, from Pay codes not defined on the Generate screen as Excluded or Dollars Only, minus any previously reported hours ("Record Reported to State" option is check marked on the Period Record for the Payroll Run/Warrant).

Additional Information

If the unit of measure for the Pay code is Daily, the program factors the payroll sum by multiplying it by the FTE on the Employee Job/Salary Base pay record for the payroll Job Class code and then multiplying that amount by the number of Hours/Day on the same Base pay record.
