Description of Issue

Adding equipment to work order in Field Sheet Mobile generates an error when including a comment. 

Error adding equipment Server Response: Not support Content-Type in the response: 'text/html; charset=utf-8' Response error message: - - <html><head><title>Request Rejected</title></head><body>The request URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.<br><br>Your support id is XXXX<br><br><ahref='javascript:history.back();'>[Go Back]</a></body></html>

Resolution

Install MUN-484367 when it is released.

Workaround: Equipment can be added to a work order using Field Sheet Mobile without comments. If a comment is necessary, use Field Work or Work Order Management to add equipment to the work order.
