Job Costing Fields Are Not Showing on Timesheet

Description of Issue

After enabling and configuring Job Costing in Time & Attendance then logging in as an employee the Job Costing fields are not visible

Context

      • WSUSERROLE
Cause

The WSUSERROLE had not been granted access to Org maintenance and Location maintenance in the HR Management folder

Resolution

EERP > System Administration > Security > User Attributes >

  1. Lookup the web services user
    1. Log into Devolutions to identify the specific web services username which, will be either wsuser or ####web
  2. Click on the WSUSERROLE to highlight it
  3. Click Edit Role
    1. If the HR Management folder is highlighted, click on the HR Management folder
      1. Click Update
    2. If the HR Management folder is not highlighted
      1. Click Add
  4. Tab to the Data Access section
  5. Select Full from the Location maintenance access drop down list 
  6. Select Full from the Org maintenance access drop down list 
  7. Click Save
  8. Be sure to close all the way out of the Role and User Attributes
