Payroll Comparison Report is not pulling net to gross

Description of Issue
If the Payroll comparison report is defined without Ignore hours selected, an error is received and no report is created. If the report is defined with Ignore Hours selected, the errors do return a report is created, however Net to Gross amounts are not displayed

Cause
System Defect- The report is currently not correctly pulling allocation data into the find set preventing the Net to Gross changes from populating on the report
Resolution
Install applicable work ticket when available
