Import Erroring out while using Skip First Line

Excel or CSV file matches template and have imported in other files but this import is still erroring out instantly after define and execute.

Error Detail mentions a cell in Row 1 where the header row currently is in the file.

Import is not recognizing Skip First Line checkbox while defining the import.

Remove the header from the import file completely and uncheck the Skip First Line checkbox.
