Manager Self Service missing in ESS

Description of Issue

A manager doesn't have Manager Self Service menu in ESS.

Context
  • ESS
  • Employee Self Service
  • Manager Self Service
Cause

When using Supervisor by Position the Employee Master Job Class didn't match the Job Class in Employee Job/Salary and Position Control.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to the Employee Master program in the menu.
    • Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Master
  2. Click Search and locate the Manager that can't see Manager Self Service.
  3. Update the Job Class to match the position they're associated with in the Employee Job/Salary and Position Control programs.
