Description of Issue
When trying to run the Master Workflow report in Time & Attendance and no matter what options we select we just get a page with the header but nothing else.

Cause
The workflow is setup with only work groups (Time & Attendance locations). However, the report does not have an option to run based off of work groups (Time & Attendance locations)
Resolution
This would either be an enhancement request for this so that the report can pull data for workflows that are setup with only a location. In the meantime, the client will need to use the application itself to verify their workflow setup.
