How are PIT Wages and Withholding amounts pulled in the DE9C report program?

PIT amounts are pulled directly from Quarterly Accumulator deduction amounts for the range of hard coded State Income Tax (SIT) deduction codes (4000-4999), regardless of define screen.
Wages are a sum of Employee Gross from the SIT deductions and if there are pay codes defined as 1099-R Reported Pays, the sum of Employee Gross for those defined pay codes are subtracted from that amount.
Withholdings are a sum of Employee Amount from the SIT deductions.
