Employee With Duplicate Profile
There is an employee with a duplicate record with the only difference being the Login ID.

Unique ID
When a unique id is updated, Time & Attendance will import a duplicate record with the updated information. Once the correct Unique ID has been identified, it'll need to be applied to the original record as this record holds the employee's time history.
To correct the unique ID on the existing record and remove the duplicate:
Select System Admin
Select Master File Management
Select the pencil for duplicate record
Add an x to the Unique Identifier field
Select the Pay Properties tab
Select Terminated for the Employee Status
Select Save for Current Period
Select the pencil for the original record
Update the Unique Identifier field to the correct value
Select Save for Current Period
