Transferring overpayment from a bill that is in Connecticut Suspense Processing will not GL post

Payments Journal unable to post a Transfer of Overpayment Batch due to error

CT Suspense Processing have their own GL accounts stored on the Charge Codes. GL Account was not correctly retrieved and caused the process to insert a NULL value
