Description of Issue

Special characters are being used within Tyler Forms that prevent printing



Context

  • ReadyForms

  • Enterprise Forms



Cause

Unicode characters are not supported with the Tyler Forms print process. 



Resolution

Remove any superscript characters from fields being called by the form, such as copyright symbols or trademarks.



Additional Information

These can be copied into Munis areas by mistake, however they will not print successfully onto Tyler Forms products
