Error selecting budget amount on level x when exporting a project budget package to the GL

When exporting a project budget package to the GL budget projection the following error is received:

Error selecting budget amount on level x -284 ISAM -1

Additional information concerning a status error of -284:
A subquery has returned not exactly one row.

The error persists when exporting a project budget package more than once to the same GL budget projection

When the error is received a detail record is still generated without the project string and will have Non-project related amount defined in the description field
