Tyler Forms and Server Migrations

Description of Issue

Can I use both DocOrigin and Ready Forms during a server migration to the latest Generally Availability Release?

During server migration testing, can clients utilize their existing DocOrigins Tyler Forms while preparing to start testing ReadyForms?

Context
  • Server migration testing

Cause

Clients who are currently utilizing DocOrigin Forms who wish to migrate to Ready Forms.

Resolution

For clients already on DocOrigin Forms, the migration team currently does not assist clients from DocOrigin to ReadyForms. ReadyForms is a client-facing solution that will be available after your 2019.1+ upgrade. There is no conflict between ReadyForms and DocOrigin, so you’re free to explore that option down the road if you choose. Tyler U is built into ReadyForms and Munis has a WalkMe in 2019.1+ that can guide your organization through that portion of the setup.
