Items program will not load when creating or viewing an item record

Cause

No default Unit of Measure selected in the Unit of Measure program



Resolution

  • Confirm that Unexpected Error prevents the Requisitions program from loading and stack trace errors at GetRequisitionsSettings

  • Please contact the Assets and Civic or Purchasing Support Team if you are not able to save a Unit Of Measure as a default
