Can I delete old budget projections
There are old, unneeded budget projections in Define/Start Budget projection–can I delete them?
Define/Start Budget Projection
Delete
Certain budget projections can be deleted, depending on the version of Munis being used.
In Munis 11.3, unneeded Budget Projections can be deleted from Define/Start budget projection program. Any amounts that were posted to the GL by the projection(s) will not be affected, but users will no longer be able to view the projection in Define/start budget projection or Next Year Budget Entry/Central Budget Entry.Â
In Munis 2019.1 and above, Budget Projections are assigned a status: Active, Outdated, or Posted. Projections that are in Posted status cannot be deleted, but projections that are in Active or Outdated status may be deleted.Â
