Cause

Resolution
  • Documents are able to be redacted in the CM HTML Viewer via EERP if the user is in an EERP role that links them to a CM MU_ Security group that has full/RWCDA rights

  • To add redaction rights, a system administrator can:

    1. Navigate to Tyler Menu System Administration Security User Attributes

    2. Search on applicable user ID

    3. Click Edit Role on any EERP role you wish to link the redaction permissions to

      1. Please note if other users are also in this EERP role, they will also be granted the redaction permission

    4. Click Munis System

    5. Select the yellow folder next to TylerCM group access at the bottom of the screen

    6. Under the access section, click Limit, then Browse under Group ID

    7. Select from the list of available groups

      1. For redaction rights, this will be any MU_x_FULL groups as they contain RWCDA permissions (read, write, create, delete and annotate). In this case, redaction permissions are included in 'annotate'

      2. The MU_x_FULL group will depend on what documents the user will need access to redact to. For example, if the user needed redaction access on APInvoice, you may choose MU_AP_FULL as invoices are part of the AP module

    8. Click Accept and Return when done

    9. The Munis Role is now linked to the CM redaction group
