Description of Issue

Unable to access the ExecuTime application, error received This site Can't be reached ERR_CONNECTION_RESET



Context

Cause

Startup Type set to Disable for ExecuTime instance 



Resolution

Connect to the ExecuTime Application server 

  1. Open the Services menu 

  2. Locate service and right click

  3. Select Properties

  4. Change the Startup Type to Automatic

  5. Select Apply

  6. Select OK

  7. Highlight and Start Service
