No access to Guide Me Estimate Charges

Unable to launch the Guide Me Estimate Charges function due to permissions.

• Utility Billing

• UBCIS

• Account Customer Inquiry

• 2019.1 +

The Role permissions have not been properly granted.

 To update the Role permissions:

1. Tyler Menu > System Administration > Security > User Attributes 

2. Click Search 

3. Enter appropriate username in the User ID field

4. Click Accept

5. Click on Roles at the lower part of the screen

6. Select Role to edit

7. Click Edit Role button

8. Click the Utility Billing --CIS button

9. Click Update

10. Check Update based on other consumption checkbox

11. Click Accept

The user may have multiple roles.  Make sure the role that contains Utility Billing – CIS Module is chosen.
