Description of Issue

When attempting to approve timecards via Supervisor Actions > Time Approval an error is displaying that reads Workflow service is not available. Requests cannot be processed

Cause

Incorrect version of TWF installed and is not compatible with the Time & Attendance version



Resolution

Reach out to Munis Deployment or Implementation Team to request an updated version of Tyler Workflow
