Workflow approvals for editable Time Off





Description of Issue

When users Time Off Request and Hours Approvals are approved and populated to the timesheet, the workflow approvals are not resetting if the user makes a change to their request. Notification of these changes are also not being sent to the supervisors to notify them a change has been made.

Cause

The codes being used to request the use of a benefit have been flagged with the Edit on Timesheet flag because users have the ability to make changes to time off post approvals.



Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Admin > UI Environment Flags > UI

  2. Allow employee to delete approved future dated time off, enable with a check mark

  3. Save

  4. Next, navigate to Employee Actions > Time Off Request

  5. Delete the request that needs to be modified

  6. Recreate the request to be submitted back through the approval process

This will only allow deletion of requests dated after current date
