Update Workflow Profile

Supervisor's workflow profile is missing one of their departments for approval.

• Time & Attendance

• ET

• ExecuTime

• Workflow Approval

The workflow profile needed to be updated to include the missing department.

To update the workflow profile:

1. Select System Admin

2. Select Workflow Management

3. Under the Time Approvals or select Time-off Request or Hours Request

4. Select the Primary Approvers Icon 

5. Select the Criteria Filter for the supervisor

6. Select the Pencil for the existing department criteria

7. Use the Organizational Units Drop Down to select additional department

8. Select the Checkmark to save the addition

9. Select Done
