How do I install the RP-10 Canon printer for Cashiering and in the hardware console?

Resolution

  1. Do not connect the RP-10 Canon printer to the computer until the driver has been installed.

  2. Select Yes to download the drivers from Canon's website: https://pdisp01.c-wss.com/gdl/WWUFORedirectEulaTarget.do?id=MDEwMDAxMDg2NzAxMDMtMDE=&cmp=ABR&eulalang=EN

  3. Install the setup file. 

  4. The OPOS Configuration window appears. Plug the RP-10 Printer in and power on.

  5. Click Apply > Close out of the Configuration window

  6. Open the system tray > right click the hardware console > Exit. Then restart the hardware console application.

  7. Open the hardware console > Click the yellow pencil icon > Under the printer dropdown, select RP-10.
