Oops there was an error loading your pay period in Employee Access

Description of Issue

When a supervisor is trying to review an employee time sheet in Employee Access they are getting Oops there was an error loading your pay period

Context

  • Employee Job/Pay Classification

  • Employee Job/Salary

Cause

After a promotion the Primary Position/Job flag is not flagged on the employees new Employee Job/Salary Record

Resolution
  1. Go to Enterprise ERP> Human Resources> Employee Job/Pay Classification> Employee Job/Salary

  2. Search for the Employee's Base Pay record

  3. Click Update

  4. Flag the Primary Position/Job Checkbox

  5. Click Accept
